1. Who these terms are with

zavellez.com is operated by RIVEN FULFILLMENT LLC, 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and you must give a delivery address in the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you click Pay. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is no longer available, if a price was listed wrongly, or if a payment fails a fraud check. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. Shipping is $7.95, or free once your order total after discounts reaches $60. We do not currently collect US sales tax. Import duties are included in the price. Full detail is in our Payment Policy.

5. Brands and intellectual property

We resell garments made by their own manufacturers, including Eytino, URBAN K, Velvelhall, NASHALYLY, Amazon Essentials, WDIRARA and SSOULM. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorized by any of those brands. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to them and are used here only to identify the goods we are selling. Amazon and Amazon Essentials are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Product photographs and manufacturer copy on this site originate with the respective manufacturers, and we do not claim ownership of them. Our own site text, layout and branding belong to us.

6. Product information

We describe each item as accurately as we can and we say so when the manufacturer has not published a detail such as a fiber percentage. Where the fabric content or care instructions on a product page are the manufacturer's own published figures, we say that on the page. Colors vary between screens and between production runs, and printed fabric is cut from a continuous roll so print placement varies piece to piece. None of that is a defect.

Nothing on this site is a health, medical or safety claim.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery is normally 11-17 business days, made up of 3-5 business days of processing and 8-12 business days in transit from our overseas partner warehouse. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control, but we will chase them with you. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns

30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by us, no restocking fee. The full terms, including the condition items must be in, are in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under US federal or state consumer protection law, including any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this page does, the law wins.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

12. Third-party links

Where we link out, we are not responsible for the other site's content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts of Montana, unless the consumer law of your own state gives you the right to sue where you live - in which case that right stands.
