What zavellez is

zavellez is a small online shop that sells one thing: skirts for women. Maxi, midi and denim, in sizes that run from X-Small to 5X and from US 0 to 40 Plus. We sell into the United States only.

How we actually operate

We want you to know exactly what you are buying from before you order, so here it is plainly.

We are online only. There is no store you can visit, no showroom and no warehouse of our own. The Montana address below is our registered business address. Nobody there can take a return or hand you an order.
We do not manufacture anything. The skirts we list are made by their own brands - Eytino, URBAN K, Velvelhall, NASHALYLY, Amazon Essentials, WDIRARA and SSOULM. We are a reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by any of those brands, and we do not claim their products as our own.
Your order ships from overseas. We do not hold stock in the United States. Orders are packed and shipped by a partner warehouse outside the US and then travel to you by USPS or FedEx. That is why delivery takes 11 to 17 business days in total rather than two days.
Returns come back to Texas. We do run a US return address in Pflugerville, Texas, so you are not shipping anything abroad to send something back. Details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

What we will not do

We do not publish customer reviews we did not receive, order counts we did not have, awards we were not given, or countdown timers and low-stock warnings that are not real. If a figure appears on this site, it is either a policy we are committed to or a fact we can back up. If we do not know something about a product - a fiber percentage, a country of origin - we say so on the product page instead of filling the gap.
