We are an online-only shop and we do not hold stock in the United States. Here is the whole chain, written out, so nothing about the delivery time comes as a surprise after you have paid.

Packed and shipped by	Our partner warehouse outside the United States.
Carried by	USPS or FedEx. Orders to a P.O. Box always go USPS.
Order cut-off	6:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday.
Processing	3 to 5 business days.
Transit	8 to 12 business days, customs included.
Total	11 to 17 business days, which is roughly two and a half to three and a half calendar weeks.
Returns received at	Pflugerville, Texas, with a prepaid label we send you. You never ship anything overseas.

Returns are free, and simple

Thirty days from the day your order is delivered. We pay for the label, there is no restocking fee, and the return comes back to Texas rather than overseas.

Email support@zavellez.com with your order number. Add a photo if something is faulty or wrong.
We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid label and the return address.
Pack the skirt unworn, in its original packaging with the tags still attached, and drop it off.
We refund 5 to 7 business days after it arrives. Your bank takes another 3 to 10.

The one thing we do not refund on a change-of-mind return is the original $7.95 shipping charge. If the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you get that back too. Full terms are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

Why does delivery take three weeks?

Because your order is packed at a partner warehouse outside the United States and then carried to you by USPS or FedEx. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two-day shipping we cannot do.

Will I be charged duties when it arrives?

No. Import duties are already in the price you paid. If a carrier asks you for money at the door, photograph it and email us instead of paying.

Are these the original brands?

We buy from a supplier and resell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Eytino, URBAN K, Velvelhall, NASHALYLY, Amazon, WDIRARA or SSOULM. Their names are used only to identify what we are selling.

How do I pick a size?

Use the size chart in each product's images and measure yourself. Every brand here uses its own chart and they do not match each other. Where a fabric has no stretch we say so on the product page.

Why do some colors have odd names like Style 5 or Floral Print 3?

Because the manufacturer lists that colorway under an internal code rather than a color name. We would rather give it a neutral label than invent a color we have not verified. The swatch image shows the real print.
