This policy explains what RIVEN FULFILLMENT LLC, trading as zavellez, does with your personal information when you use zavellez.com. It describes what the site does today, not what it might do later. If we add anything - an analytics tool, an advertising tag, a chat widget - we will update this page on the day we add it.
1. Who we are
RIVEN FULFILLMENT LLC, 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. Email support@zavellez.com, phone +1 305-788-6868.
2. What we collect
- Order information - name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- Payment information - handled by our payment processor. We receive the billing name and address, the last four digits of the card, and whether the payment succeeded. We never receive or store the full card number, expiration date or security code.
- Email address - if you sign up to our email list through the form in the site footer.
- Support correspondence - whatever you write to us, and any photos you attach.
- Technical information - IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar, collected by Shopify, which hosts this store, to serve the site, keep your cart working and detect fraud.
3. What we do not do
As of the date above, this site runs no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. There is no Google Ads conversion tag, no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, and no third-party advertising cookie. Shopify, which hosts this store, records its own first-party store analytics - page views, device type and similar - so that we can see how the shop is performing. That data is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertising partners. We verified this against the live site rather than assuming it.
We do not run an SMS marketing program and we will not text you.
We do not publish customer reviews, so we never ask you to write one and we do not process review content.
4. Why we use it
To take and fulfill your order, to send you order and shipping emails, to answer your support messages, to process returns and refunds, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you opted in, we also use your email address to send marketing emails - you can unsubscribe from any of them with the link at the bottom.
5. Who we share it with
- Shopify - hosts this store and processes order and browsing data on our behalf.
- Our payment processor - to take payment.
- Our fulfillment partner and the carriers (USPS, FedEx) - your name and shipping address, so your order can be packed and delivered. Our fulfillment partner is located outside the United States, which means your name and delivery address are transferred abroad for that purpose.
- Our returns warehouse in Texas - to receive and check returns.
- Our email service provider - if you signed up for marketing email.
- Authorities - where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Since we run no advertising tags, there is nothing being shared for that purpose.
6. Cookies
This site sets the cookies Shopify needs to run a store - keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and security. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, because there are none on the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the essential ones will stop the cart and checkout working.
7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as US tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live - and this includes California residents under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA - you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and why
- get a copy of it
- have it corrected
- have it deleted
- opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising (we do neither - see our Do Not Sell or Share page)
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any)
- not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
To exercise a right, email support@zavellez.com. We will reply within 24 hours and complete the request within the period the law allows, usually 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, normally by asking you to write from the email address on your order. You can use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority.
9. A note about Shopify's own privacy pages
Shopify automatically publishes a page at /pages/data-sharing-opt-out using its standard wording, which we cannot edit. That wording is written for stores that do run advertising partners. Where it differs from this page, this page is correct for zavellez: we run no advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. That page carries Shopify's own standard opt-out form. Using it costs you nothing and does no harm, but it is switching off advertising sharing that this store does not do.
10. Children
This store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers by email - we will never ask for them.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
13. Complaints
Email us first at support@zavellez.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your state attorney general or, in California, to the California Privacy Protection Agency.
