1. Product information

Product descriptions on this site are written by us from the information the manufacturer publishes. Where a manufacturer does not publish a detail - a fiber percentage, a care label, a country of origin - we say so on the product page rather than filling the gap with a guess. We have not independently lab-tested any garment.

2. Images and color

Product photographs come from the manufacturers. Screens render color differently, and dye lots vary between production runs, so the shade you receive can differ from the photograph. Printed fabric is cut from a continuous roll, so the placement of a print varies from piece to piece. Neither counts as a fault.

3. Sizing

Sizing follows each manufacturer's own chart, and those charts differ between brands. A Large from one brand on this site is not necessarily a Large from another. Measure yourself and check the size chart in the product images before ordering. Where a style is described as having no stretch, we say so, and we suggest sizing up if you are between sizes.

4. Brands

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorized by Eytino, URBAN K, Velvelhall, NASHALYLY, Amazon, Amazon Essentials, WDIRARA, SSOULM, or any other brand whose products appear on this site. Brand names are used only to identify the goods being sold. All trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Country of origin

Where a manufacturer's own listing carries a country-of-origin claim, we do not repeat it on this site, because our orders ship from an overseas partner warehouse and we cannot verify where any individual piece was made. If origin matters to your purchase, email us before ordering and we will ask the supplier.

6. Delivery estimates

The 11-17 business day delivery window is an estimate based on the route our orders normally take. It is not a guarantee. Customs, carrier backlogs, weather and public holidays all move it.

7. No health or performance claims

Nothing on this site is a medical, health, therapeutic or safety claim. These are garments. They are not represented as treating, preventing or improving any condition.

8. No reviews or ratings

This site does not display customer reviews, star ratings, order counts, awards or certifications, because we do not have verified ones to show. Any figure you see on this site is either a policy we commit to or something we can evidence.

9. Availability

We do not display stock counts, because the availability figures we receive from our supplier's feed can be out of date. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something else.
