When you will hear back

We answer every email within 24 hours on business days. Our team works Monday through Friday, so a message sent Friday evening or over the weekend is answered on the next business day. We do not have a 24-hour phone line - if you call outside working hours, please email instead and we will pick it up.

What to include

If your message is about an order, please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, attach photos of the item and of the shipping bag or box. That lets us sort it in one exchange instead of three.
