Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The short answer

zavellez does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have nothing to opt you out of, because there is no advertising tracker on this site to begin with - no Google Ads tag, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no advertising cookie.

You do not have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site and look at the network requests: the only third-party domains you will see are Shopify's, which host the store and process payment.

Your right anyway

California residents have the right under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. Residents of several other states have an equivalent right. That right applies whether or not a business is currently doing either.

If you want a request on record, email support@zavellez.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share and the email address you used on your order. We will confirm in writing within 24 hours and log it. We will not ask you for anything beyond what we need to find your record, and we will not charge you or change your prices for asking.

Your other privacy rights

You can also ask us to tell you what we hold, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. The full list and how to use it is in our Privacy Policy, section 8.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal on your behalf. Because this site does no selling or sharing for advertising, there is nothing for that signal to switch off here. We are not going to claim we honor a signal we have not built a mechanism to act on - if we add advertising technology in future, we will add GPC handling at the same time and say so on this page.

Shopify's own page

Shopify publishes a standard page at /pages/data-sharing-opt-out that we cannot edit. Its wording is generic and written for stores that do use advertising partners. It carries Shopify's own standard opt-out form, which works. Using it does no harm, but it is switching off advertising sharing that this store does not do. The accurate description of what this store does is on this page and in our Privacy Policy.

If we ever change this

If zavellez ever begins to sell or share personal information for advertising, we will say so on this page and in the Privacy Policy before it starts, and we will provide a working opt-out control here.
